“This was a beautiful home for my family and I to enjoy Florida. Everything was great and it was a perfect pool. Such a beautiful neighborhood to take night walks and it is very safe and quiet. I highly recommend anyone that needs an Airbnb to contact these hosts. Very nice house with very nice size TVs and comfortable beds. The best part about it for me, best shower I ever had in my life.”

“As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in countless vacation rentals over the years, I can confidently say this home on Anna Maria Island stands out as one of the very best experiences we’ve had. There was more than enough room for our family of 10! The two large living rooms were a huge plus, allowing different groups to relax, watch TV, play games, or just unwind without being on top of each other.The amenities such as the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect! The ping pong table and foosball kept everyone entertained for hours and added such a fun, lively element to the trip.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. We were just a short distance from the beach and close to great restaurants, making it easy to explore without needing to go far.What truly set this experience apart, though, was the host. Eversea was exceptional—easily one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts we’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond in a situation that could have been stressful for us: when our flight was unexpectedly canceled, our 86-year-old aunt arrived ahead of the rest of the group. Eversea personally ensured she was welcomed into the home, comfortable, and able to relax until we arrived. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much to our family and speaks volumes about the kind of host he is.From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true 5-star getaway!”

“JD was a very gracious host and was very responsive with any questions we may have had. The home is beautiful, you definitely get a work out in going up and down the stairs, it’s great exercise. The only MINOR Incident we had was the TV outside wasnt working. My guys love hockey and were bummed they had to watch it in doors. It’s a minor inconvenience. The house is very clean and well stocked with necessities. We love the island and the people we’ve met. I recommend this home and the wonderful host!! Enjoy, we surely did!! “We loved everything about our stay in this Lovely Beach Home! It has everything you want & need & more! My whole family with 4 Grandsons totally enjoyed our stay! The heated cocktail pool & out door area is perfect and you are just steps away from the white sandy Beach & Pina Coladas from Caddy’s. The decor is beautiful & the accommodations are fabulous! “House and outdoor area were immaculate! House was very clean and there was a lot provided for us to use (appliances, toys, beach gear, etc). Kids loved the pool area and the garage area with all of the toys! Would stay in this house again 1000%!”

“Although this place didn’t have any reviews when we reserved, we’re glad we stayed here. Very spacious and walkable to all the North End that Anna Maria Island has to offer, including Pine Ave shops, restaurants, and kayak / SUP rentals. The pool was a welcome respite at the end of the day, along with ping pong and foosball tables, and jacuzzi. The portable crib and highchair were a plus for our 2 year old granddaughter . Eversea was great at communications before and during our stay., quickly responding to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.”
